2) eating healthy food

Hello to you as well David and all members of IPN. Please have a blessed Thanksgiving Day ( if you celebrate) and a blessed holiday season. During the holidays I like to think what advice I can give parents about their children. Here it goes
1. It's not what you buy them it is the time you spend with them
2. Try to be an example of eating healthy and limiting junk food
3. Get some exercise with your children (go for a walk, go for a hike, practice pilates with your child, anyone can do it-check out the internet for some examples)
4. Love your children do not ravish them with material goods
